Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

As a Practice Administrator, you will oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of one or more high-volume medical practices within the hospital network. This leadership role is responsible for aligning clinical support teams, enhancing patient access and satisfaction, optimizing resources, and supporting physicians in delivering outstanding care.

This is a high-impact position requiring strong business acumen, healthcare regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a complex environment.

Job Duties:

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of hospital-affiliated outpatient practices
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership to support quality patient care
  • Oversee staffing plans, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and monitor budgets, financial reports, and productivity metrics
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, JCAHO)
  • Implement and maintain EHR systems, scheduling tools, and process automation
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and increase operational efficiency
  • Handle conflict resolution, risk management, and patient relations escalations
  • Serve as a liaison between hospital leadership and practice teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in medical practice or ambulatory care administration
  • Solid understanding of revenue cycle management, insurance workflows, and clinical support systems
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects
  • Advanced knowledge of EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and change management skills
  • Strong command of regulatory standards and healthcare compliance
