We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Pharmacist to join our team.

We are offering a sign-on bonus of $5,000 to qualified candidates who meet our hiring criteria.

Job Type:

Full-time, permanent position.

Job Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings required.
  • 40 hours per week.

Job Setting:

Our pharmacy is located in a medical facility with a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Duties:

  • Dispensing prescription medications and ensuring that patients receive the correct dosage and instructions for use.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to patients and healthcare providers on medications, drug interactions, side effects, and potential drug allergies.
  • Reviewing and verifying prescription orders for accuracy and completeness and ensuring that they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Managing inventory and ordering medications and supplies as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies.

Job Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Active pharmacy license in the state.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication therapy management, and patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
  • Proficient in pharmacy computer systems and technology.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

  • $130k-150k per year based on experience and qualifications.
