Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Location: Fallon , Nevada

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $60,000 to $75, 000 + benefits

Who are we looking for?

  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program.
  • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Nevada.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required.
  • Current CPR certification (preferred).

What you will do:

  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans as designed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to patients.
  • Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
  • Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and strength.
  • Assist with daily functional activities and mobility exercises.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist in developing care plans.
  • Ensure a clean and safe therapy environment.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to support patient recovery.
