Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida | Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM

As a PTA with us, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of clinicians to provide top-tier care for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain. You’ll play an essential role in helping patients regain their mobility, independence, and quality of life—while developing your skills in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Provide Hands-On Care: Assist in delivering physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising PT, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
  • Patient Education: Teach patients exercises, stretches, and other strategies to help manage pain, improve function, and prevent future inju
  • Monitor Progress: Track patient progress, communicate improvements or setbacks, and collaborate with the PT to adjust treatment plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment using our easy-to-use EMR system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless, holistic approach to patient care.
  • Patient Advocacy: Foster positive relationships with patients, encourage their commitment to treatment, and ensure they feel supported throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
  • A compassionate, patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Experience or interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a team-oriented attitude
