Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida

Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

As a PTA on our team, you’ll help patients regain their strength, improve their mobility, and return to the activities they love—all in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Treatment Delivery: Work alongside Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide hands-on treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
  • Patient Monitoring and Progress: Regularly assess patient progress and ensure that treatment plans are being followed as directed by the PT.
  • Educational Support: Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery and long-term wellness.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with patients, PTs, and other medical providers to ensure everyone is aligned on treatment goals.
  • Documentation: Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately in our user-friendly EMR system.
  • Team Collaboration: Be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to care coordination and ensuring patients receive well-rounded care.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or a desire to learn
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for helping others
