Compensation:$60,000 to $65,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

Are you a motivated and hands-on Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a passion for musculoskeletal rehab and patient progress? We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate PTA to join our dynamic Orthopedic Outpatient team in New Jersey.

This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where you'll support patients recovering from injury, surgery, and chronic orthopedic conditions—helping them get back to doing what they love.

Your Impact:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions based on treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists
  • Assist patients with prescribed exercises, stretches, balance activities, and functional mobility training
  • Apply modalities such as ultrasound, e-stim, cryotherapy, and heat (as appropriate)
  • Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and communicate feedback to the supervising PT
  • Reinforce proper movement techniques and educate patients on injury prevention and home exercises
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure clinical compliance
  • Work as a collaborative member of a close-knit clinical team, contributing to patient goals and overall clinic success

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current New Jersey PTA license in good standing
  • Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for active patient care and functional outcomes
  • Team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow clinically

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary with performance-based bonuses
  • Travel Reimbursement for clinic-related travel
  • Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday leave
  • Continuing education and professional development stipend
  • Flexible schedule with a work-life balance emphasis
  • Mentorship and growth opportunities — we invest in your career development
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations and clinic settings

Whether you’re a recent graduate eager to learn or an experienced PTA seeking a focused orthopedic setting, we’d love to hear from you.
