Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Skilled Nursing Facility | Frisco , Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $ 120,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who’s passionate about patient care, teamwork, and helping people move better, faster, and with more confidence. If you thrive in a collaborative, high-energy outpatient orthopedic setting, we want to meet you!
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active Texas PTA license (or eligible within 60 days)
- Experience in outpatient ortho is a plus (but new grads welcome with mentorship!)
- Passion for movement science, recovery, and helping people thrive
- Team spirit, time management, and great communication skills

What will you do?
- Deliver hands-on and exercise-based treatment under the supervision of a PT
- Work one-on-one with patients recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic pain
- Guide therapeutic exercise progressions and functional training
- Assist with manual therapy techniques and modalities (based on your skill set)
- Track and document patient progress using our easy-to-use EMR system
- Communicate openly with PTs and staff to support the best possible outcomes
- Cheer people on, educate them, and keep them moving forward
