WE’RE HIRING: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Kaufman , Texas

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with patients under the supervision of a PT
• Lead therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional training
• Treat a variety of ortho cases — post-op, chronic pain, sports rehab, and more
• Keep clear documentation (we use a simple, efficient EMR)
• Communicate with PTs and the care team to track outcomes and adjust plans
• Educate, encourage, and celebrate patient progress

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas (or license-eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong interest or experience in outpatient ortho
• Positive attitude, reliability, and love for movement-focused care
• New grads welcome — mentorship is built in!
