We’re Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Outpatient Clinic | Grandview, Missouri

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a compassionate, team-oriented Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient team and help patients reach their goals through functional, hands-on rehabilitation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities with precision and care
  • Observe patient responses and report progress, concerns, or changes to the supervising PT
  • Document treatment sessions accurately and timely using our EMR system
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
  • Support a positive, motivating environment for patients and coworkers alike
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care across the board

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Licensed PTA in the state of Missouri (or license-eligible)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
  • Patient-first attitude with compassion and adaptability
  • Confidence working in an outpatient orthopedic setting (experience a plus, but not required)
  • Eagerness to grow your clinical skills and learn new techniques
