Location: Manassas, Virginia

Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000 per year + benefits

We’re looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our licensed PTs in providing top-tier rehabilitation services. If you're passionate about helping people move better and live stronger, you’ll thrive here.

As a PTA on our outpatient team, you’ll play a critical role in executing treatment plans, engaging patients, and helping them reach their recovery goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prescribed physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, functional activities, and modalities
  • Monitor patient responses and progress, and report findings to the supervising PT
  • Motivate and educate patients on home exercise programs, posture, and movement habits
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic, payer, and legal standards
  • Foster a positive, patient-centered clinic environment

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active Virginia PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Outpatient ortho experience preferred but not required (new grads welcome with strong clinicals!)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for helping others recover, regain independence, and stay active
