We're Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Clinic – Stockton, California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $60,000 to $ 75,000 + benefits

What You Bring:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
- Current California PTA license (or in process)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy outpatient clinic
- CPR certification required (or willing to obtain before start date)

What will you do?
- Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on improving function, mobility, and quality of life
- Monitor and document patient progress, adapting activities based on real-time feedback
- Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support continued success at home
- Create a positive, motivating environment that fosters trust, effort, and encouragement
