We're Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Clinic – Modesto, California

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $60,000 to $ 75,000 + benefits

What You Bring:

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
  • Current California PTA license (or in process)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy outpatient clinic
  • CPR certification required (or willing to obtain before start date)

What will you do?

  • Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on improving function, mobility, and quality of life
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adapting activities based on real-time feedback
  • Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support continued success at home
  • Create a positive, motivating environment that fosters trust, effort, and encouragement
