Now Hiring: Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Clinic – California
Location: Grass Valley, California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 + benefits
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate care to children from birth to adolescence under the direction of a licensed PT
- Help implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and confidence
- Use creative, play-based approaches to engage children in exercises and therapeutic activities
- Track and document progress in collaboration with the supervising PT
- Work closely with families and caregivers to reinforce home programs and goals
- Contribute to a clinic culture that is positive, safe, and inclusive for kids of all abilities
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Licensed (or license-eligible) PTA in California
- A team player who loves collaboration, laughter, and learning
- Patient, energetic, and adaptable — ready to meet each child where they are
- Passionate about pediatric care and making therapy engaging and empowering
- Pediatric experience is a plus, but we welcome new grads with pediatric clinical rotations
