Position Overview:

We celebrate every wiggle, giggle, and first step. We’re a pediatric outpatient therapy clinic built on compassion, play-based learning, and partnership with families. Now, we’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who’s ready to make therapy fun, functional, and full of heart.

If you love working with kids, believe in the power of early intervention, and want to be part of a team that treats families like family, this is your opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate care to children from birth to adolescence under the direction of a licensed PT
  • Help implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and confidence
  • Use creative, play-based approaches to engage children in exercises and therapeutic activities
  • Track and document progress in collaboration with the supervising PT
  • Work closely with families and caregivers to reinforce home programs and goals
  • Contribute to a clinic culture that is positive, safe, and inclusive for kids of all abilities

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) PTA in California
  • A team player who loves collaboration, laughter, and learning
  • Patient, energetic, and adaptable — ready to meet each child where they are
  • Passionate about pediatric care and making therapy engaging and empowering
  • Pediatric experience is a plus, but we welcome new grads with pediatric clinical rotations

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage/salary, based on experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer contribution.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
  • CEU reimbursement and career development opportunities.
  • Supportive leadership and a team-first workplace culture.

If you’re a PTA who lights up at the sound of laughter, understands the power of patience, and wants to make therapy meaningful for children and families, we’d love to meet you.
