Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Focus

Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

As a leading orthopedic-focused physical therapy practice in Florida, we specialize in helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical procedures, and chronic orthopedic conditions.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you’ll be a vital part of our orthopedic care team—working under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on, personalized care that helps patients achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with implementation of treatment plans focused on orthopedic rehab
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to therapy
  • Educating patients on home exercises and proper techniques
  • Communicating with the supervising PT regarding patient status and goals
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive clinical environment
  • Encouraging and motivating patients during their rehabilitation journey

Qualifications:

  • Florida-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible for licensure)
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Experience or strong interest in orthopedic physical therapy
  • Skilled in therapeutic exercise and manual techniques
  • Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
