Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Location: Ballwin , Missouri

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our patient-focused orthopedic outpatient team in Missouri. If you're passionate about helping people recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions—and you love working in a supportive, team-based environment—we’d love to hear from you.

As a PTA, you'll play a crucial role in helping patients restore strength, mobility, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
  • Carry out treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education
  • Monitor and document patient progress and report back to the PT
  • Encourage, motivate, and support patients throughout their rehab journey
  • Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and assist with patient flow

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Current Missouri PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care
  • Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently
  • New grads are welcome—mentorship and training provided
