Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Location: Falls Church, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a PTA, you’ll play a critical role in helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists. You’ll be empowered to deliver hands-on care, reinforce treatment plans, and contribute to a culture of healing and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions based on individualized care plans
  • Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and mobility programs
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the PT and care team
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and functional techniques
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Support a team-based approach to high-quality rehabilitation

Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for helping patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of patient needs and clinical environments
  • Commitment to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care
