Location: Chico, California
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Are you a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant passionate about helping people recover, move, and thrive? Join our dedicated rehab team at a reputable outpatient clinic in California, where you'll support patient progress through hands-on care and expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques.
- Monitor and document patient responses, progress, and concerns.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive therapy environment.
- Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Current California PTA License
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and compassionate
- Experience in an outpatient or rehab setting preferred (new grads welcome!)
