Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Florida – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Are you a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) ready to make a difference? Join our dynamic rehab team at a respected therapy facility in Florida, where patient care and professional development go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to carry out customized treatment plans.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and recovery strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed.
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive treatment environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida PTA License
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-player mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in [outpatient, SNF, etc.] preferred, but new grads are welcome!
