Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Texas
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
Location: Frisco , Texas
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in Texas. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, and you thrive in a collaborative care environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility routines
- Monitor patient progress and provide regular feedback to the PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on at-home exercises and safety techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming therapy environment
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Texas PTA license
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Empathy, professionalism, and dedication to patient care
