We're Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Washington

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
Location: Edmonds, Washington
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
As a PTA, you’ll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to carry out treatment plans, monitor progress, and help patients meet their mobility and recovery goals. You’ll play a hands-on role in enhancing each patient’s quality of life and functional abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor patient performance and document progress
- Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Washington State PTA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
