Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Nevada

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Location: Paradise Valley, Nevada

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
• Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
• Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current and active Nevada PTA license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow clinical directions accurately
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Prior outpatient experience preferred but not required
