Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Location: Monroe, Connecticut

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Physical Therapists in executing personalized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
  • Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
  • Monitor and document patient progress accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
  • Communicate effectively with PTs, patients, and the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Connecticut PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and eager to learn
