Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
Location: New Milford, Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in executing personalized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
- Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
- Communicate effectively with PTs, patients, and the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Connecticut PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and eager to learn
