Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Missouri
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
Location: O'Fallon, Missouri
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking to make a real difference in patients’ lives? We are seeking a motivated PTA to join our dynamic and supportive team in Missouri!
What You'll Do:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
- Support patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Educate patients and families on home care exercises and safety
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current Missouri PTA license or eligibility to obtain
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping others reach their mobility and wellness goals
