Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year

Location: Stuart , Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out treatment plans developed by the licensed Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
  • Monitor patient performance and provide feedback to the Physical Therapist
  • Assist in educating patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and post-treatment care
  • Document patient progress in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Florida PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CPR certification (or willing to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior outpatient experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
