Hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for Skilled Nursing Facility!

Join Intensify Rehab Services as a Physical Therapist Assistant and help residents regain their independence and confidence. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
  • Track and document patient progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs to maintain progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing patient evaluations and contribute to the development of effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises and activities as outlined by the Physical Therapist.
  • Monitor patient progress, track outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support rehabilitation.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Must have AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Currently active PTA state license
  • Must have 2 years of experience in orthopedic.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
