Are you passionate about supporting individuals in their recovery journey? Carnelian Therapy Services is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant who values compassionate care and teamwork. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, helping them regain their strength and independence.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their rehabilitation needs.
  • Execute treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring personalized care.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to assist in recovery.
  • Document patient progress meticulously and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for our patients.
  • Educate patients and families about home exercises and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards in your practice.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (AAS).
  • Valid PTA state license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and relevant medical terminology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
