Are you ready to empower individuals on their road to recovery? Carnelian Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support our patients in overcoming their challenges and achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in assessing patients’ physical capabilities to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement personalized treatment plans while providing hands-on therapy.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance patient recovery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and relay important updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise routines and wellness practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of practice.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (AAS).
• Active PTA state license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting preferred.
• Knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Empathetic and professional demeanor in patient interactions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
