We’re looking for an enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who wants to make a real impact in our residents' lives. You’ll collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to develop and execute personalized treatment plans that inspire hope and recovery. Your dedication to empathetic care will ensure each resident feels valued and supported on their path to wellness.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessing residents’ physical abilities and needs to create effective treatment strategies.
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapists.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor and document the progress of residents, adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care for residents.
• Educate residents and families on home care techniques and exercises to promote ongoing recovery.

Requirements:

• Must have AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Currently active PTA state license
• Must have 2 years of experience in orthopedic.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
