Join our committed team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. In this position, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to implement effective treatment strategies that cater to each individual's unique needs. Your compassionate approach and encouragement will not only aid in their recovery but also foster a sense of community and connection among those you serve.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate residents and their families about recovery strategies and home exercise programs.
• Implement individualized treatment strategies to help residents improve their mobility and independence.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and monitor residents’ progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Document all interactions and progress while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and effective care.

Requirements:

• Must have AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Currently active PTA state license
• Must have 2 years of experience in orthopedic.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
