Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant Needed
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in the delivery of therapeutic interventions designed to improve patients' physical function and mobility. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. We are dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim their mobility and enhance their quality of life. Salary: $50,000-$70,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

- Analyzes gait to provide tailored recommendations for assistive devices.
- Assesses patients’ balance, coordination, and proprioceptive abilities.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, individualized services.
- Develops treatment plans based on each patient’s functional abilities.
- Evaluates and treats patients with muscular, skeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Recommends referrals for additional patient care services as needed.
- Works closely with referring physicians to address individual patient needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
- Current California state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
