Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant Needed

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in the delivery of therapeutic interventions designed to improve patients' physical function and mobility. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. We are dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim their mobility and enhance their quality of life. Our compassionate and skilled team provides personalized rehabilitation services that address the unique needs of each patient. Salary: $50,000-$70,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes gait to provide tailored recommendations for assistive devices.
  • Assesses patients’ balance, coordination, and proprioceptive abilities.
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, individualized services.
  • Develops treatment plans based on each patient’s functional abilities.
  • Evaluates and treats patients with muscular, skeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
  • Recommends referrals for additional patient care services as needed.
  • Works closely with referring physicians to address individual patient needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
  • Current California state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
  • New grads are welcome to apply!
