Join Our Innovative Team as a Physical Therapist Assistant!

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to design and implement innovative rehabilitation strategies that help residents achieve their goals. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive recovery experience.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents' abilities to develop innovative rehabilitation plans.
• Execute treatment strategies designed by Physical Therapists.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise routines.

Requirements:

• AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
• Active PTA state license.
• 2 years of orthopedic experience.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and patient interaction.
