Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents' physical abilities and create effective rehabilitation strategies.
- Execute treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to the supervising PT.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Provide education on home exercises and therapy techniques.
Requirements:
- AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- Valid PTA state license.
- 2 years of experience in orthopedic settings.
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
