Become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and contribute to the healing process of our residents by joining our compassionate team. Their lives will be significantly improved by your kind demeanor and dedication to providing tailored treatment. Work together with certified physical therapists to deliver the best possible therapy.
Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing residents’ physical capabilities.
- Implement tailored treatment plans to promote strength and mobility.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and families on effective therapy practices.
Requirements:
- AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- Active PTA state license.
- 2 years of experience in orthopedics.
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
