As a Physical Therapy Assistant, Join Our Creative Team!
We are searching for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) that is innovative and driven to become a part of our innovative team. Together with certified physical therapists, you will develop and apply cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques in this position to assist residents in reaching their objectives. A successful recovery will be greatly aided by your involvement.
Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents' abilities to develop innovative rehabilitation plans.
- Execute treatment strategies designed by Physical Therapists.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise routines.
Requirements:
- AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- Active PTA state license.
- 2 years of orthopedic experience.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills for teamwork and patient interaction.
