Position Available as Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice. We focus on delivering patient-centered, high-quality care with compassion and equity. In this position, you will collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and track patient progress, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary:
- $50,000-$70,000 per year with full benefits
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists, ensuring a safe and effective therapy experience.
- Conduct initial assessments and gather patient information to support the evaluation process, including medical history and current conditions.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Apply modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation as prescribed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment procedures, and outcomes in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Must have 2 years previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Proficiency in administering therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Ability to lift and move patients and equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
