Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant Needed
We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to become part of our orthopedic outpatient clinic. In this role, you will assist patients in restoring movement and maximizing their functional capabilities. Salary:
- $70,000 - $90,000 a year with benefits
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- 1-2 patient per hour

- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing safe and effective treatment plans.
- Conduct initial assessments and gather patient information, including medical history.
- Guide patients through exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Apply modalities like heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation as directed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist and healthcare team to optimize patient care.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience but we also welcome newly grad.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving patients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
