Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents' physical abilities and create effective rehabilitation strategies.
  • Execute treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to the supervising PT.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Provide education on home exercises and therapy techniques.

Requirements:

  • AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
  • Valid PTA state license.
  • 2 years of experience in orthopedic settings.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
