Make a Difference as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 a year with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Help evaluate residents’ physical capabilities and personalize treatment plans.
- Implement effective strategies to improve strength and mobility.
- Track patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising PT.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and their families on home exercise routines that promote health.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- Valid PTA state license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting.
- A solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
