Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 a year with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing residents’ physical abilities and developing tailored treatment plans.
- Implement individualized strategies to boost strength and mobility.
- Monitor progress and relay important updates to the supervising PT.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Educate residents and their families on safe home exercise practices.
Qualifications We Value:
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- Current PTA state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic environment.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a caring attitude.
