Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 a year with full benefits

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assessing residents’ physical abilities and developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement individualized strategies to boost strength and mobility.
  • Monitor progress and relay important updates to the supervising PT.
  • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Educate residents and their families on safe home exercise practices.

Qualifications We Value:

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
  • Current PTA state license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a caring attitude.
