Empower Residents as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 a year with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting evaluations to understand residents’ physical capabilities.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Monitoring patient progress and sharing insights with the supervising PT.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Educating residents and their families on effective home exercise regimens.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- A valid PTA state license.
- At least 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- A compassionate approach to patient interactions and strong communication skills.
