Empower Residents as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Are you a driven Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who enjoys working with long-term residents? We’re looking for someone who not only has the skills but also the heart to truly connect with patients. Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 a year with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting evaluations to understand residents’ physical capabilities.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
  • Monitoring patient progress and sharing insights with the supervising PT.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
  • Educating residents and their families on effective home exercise regimens.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
  • A valid PTA state license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • A compassionate approach to patient interactions and strong communication skills.
