Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 a year with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
In This Role, You Will:
- Assist in evaluating residents’ physical abilities and crafting personalized treatment plans.
- Implement strategies that promote strength and mobility among residents.
- Track progress and communicate effectively with the supervising PT.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and families on safe and effective home exercise techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- Valid PTA state license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting.
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to care.
