Are you an enthusiastic Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) eager to support long-term residents on their journey to recovery? We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of empathy in patient care and thrives in a team environment. If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you on board!

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 a year with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

In This Role, You Will:

  • Assist in evaluating residents’ physical abilities and crafting personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement strategies that promote strength and mobility among residents.
  • Track progress and communicate effectively with the supervising PT.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Educate residents and families on safe and effective home exercise techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
  • Valid PTA state license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting.
  • Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to care.
