Physical Therapist Assistant – Full-Time

In collaboration with our skilled physical therapists, you will be instrumental in helping patients reach their goals for their treatment regimens. Developing deep relationships and enabling patients to make the best recovery possible are the goals of this work, which goes beyond a simple job description. We’d love to meet you if you enjoy working with people and changing their lives.
Salary: $60,000 to $80,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating residents’ physical abilities.
- Implement tailored treatment plans for strength and mobility.
- Monitor progress and report to the supervising PT.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
- Educate residents and families on home exercise programs.
Requirements:
- AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
- Valid PTA state license.
- Minimum of 2 years in an orthopedic setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Compassionate patient care and strong communication skills.
