Become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and make a meaningful contribution to the healing process of our residents by joining our compassionate, PT-owned physical therapy practice. Your kind demeanor and dedication to providing tailored treatment will significantly improve their lives. Collaborate with certified physical therapists to deliver the best possible therapy and support for each patient’s unique needs.

Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 a year with full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Patient Load: 1-2 patients an hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assessing residents’ physical capabilities.
  • Implement tailored treatment plans to promote strength and mobility.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
  • Educate residents and families on effective therapy practices.

Requirements:

  • AAS degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
  • Active PTA State license.
  • 2 years of experience in orthopedics.
  • In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
