Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient office

A Physical Therapist Assistant position is available in our orthopedic outpatient office in Los Gatos, CA. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative setting where you will support physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with treatment plans, patient assessments, and therapy sessions.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain therapy areas and prepare necessary equipment.
• Support patients through exercises, balance training, and mobility techniques.
• Help with administrative tasks, including patient scheduling and documentation.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in California.
• At least two years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in EMR systems like WebPT.
• Experience with manual therapy techniques.
