Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Grow Your Skills in an Orthopedic Rehab Clinic!

Job Summary:

Join our Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice, specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation in Palm Beach, FL, FL. As part of a team of skilled PTs, PTAs, and Rehab Techs, you’ll play a key role in patient recovery, assisting with treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises aimed at restoring movement and strength.

Schedule:

  • Flexible options: (4) 10-hour shifts or Monday-Friday (8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM).
  • No weekends.

Compensation: $55K to $60K annually, depending on experience.

Patient Volume: 1-1 1/2 patients an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support during therapy sessions.
  • Document patient progress and relay updates to the care team.
  • Keep therapy equipment clean and treatment spaces prepared.
  • Assist with scheduling and patient check-in.
  • Perform basic mobility and movement assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
  • Active PTA license in Florida.
  • PTA experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems such as WebPT.
  • Experience with manual therapy techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
